Who we are

Knows The Drill is operated by DB Entropy LLC, a company registered in the United States. For anything in this notice, write to hello@knowsthedrill.com.

What we collect

• What you send through our forms: your name, email address, and — where you give them — your company, phone number, which arrangement you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
• Standard server records kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, used to serve the site and keep it secure.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site at the moment. If that changes, this notice changes with it and the date above will show it.

Why we use it

To reply to you, and to keep a record of our conversation so we are not asking you the same questions twice. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Who else sees it

• Our hosting provider, which serves this website and runs the form.
• The email service that carries your message from the site to our inbox.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.

Nobody else.

How long we keep it

As long as we are in contact, and afterwards only as long as we have a reason to — a live conversation, an ongoing agreement, or a legal obligation. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law says we must keep it.

Your choices

Write to hello@knowsthedrill.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within one business day. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under your local law, and we will honour them.

Children

This site is meant for business use. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
